I’m Brittany.
I’m a NASM-certified mobile personal trainer located in Austin, TX, specializing in strength endurance training with an emphasis on core strength, balance and stability. I’m also a certified barre instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience, named Best Barre Instructor in Austin Fit Magazine’s Best of Fitness 2022.
I support my clients on their health journey, and consult willingly with their physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to help them rebuild their bodies safely and effectively. I’ll challenge you to value and care for yourself well, training the body, heart and mind to enjoy a lifestyle of wellness. I’m a firm believer that lasting transformation begins on the inside and works it way out. Get ready to dig deep, work hard and live free!

Getting started is simple

Contact Brittany and fill out an inquiry form. Brittany offers free 20-minute consultation calls to help you determine your next steps.
2. Schedule your orientation
If training is a go, you’ll schedule an in-person orientation (online available upon request) during which you’ll review your goals, complete physical assessments and workshop form and technique.
3. Grow in strength
Training begins! As you take ownership of your physical and inner strength, you’ll feel better and grow in confidence!
